Appointments & Scheduling

Emergency patients may be prioritized.
Waiting times can be 30–45 minutes even with appointments.
Timings: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM.

Treatment & Doctors

Different doctors may treat you at various stages.
Patients must disclose complete medical history.
X-rays/reports must be brought to appointments.

Payments & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days, subject to change.
Payment in full is required before completion of treatment.
No bargaining; only official promotions apply.
Dental clinic services are GST-exempt under Indian law.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior.
No-shows may be deprioritized for future appointments.

Code of Conduct

Aggressive or abusive behavior will result in dismissal and possible legal action.
Clinic reserves right to refuse treatment under Dentist Code of Ethics (2014).

Warranty & Responsibility

Warranties valid only if treatment is fully done at Dr Braces.
Modification/treatment by other clinics without our consent voids warranty.

All Invisalign® treatments carried out in person at Dr Braces Clinic under the supervision of Dr. Salman Khan are solely the responsibility of Dr. Salman and his team.

In certain cases, aligners may be delivered through third-party clinics and may bear Dr. Salman’s name. Please note that in such instances:

Dr Braces Clinic and Dr. Salman do not provide the treatment directly.
We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the diagnosis, treatment planning, progress, or final results delivered at third-party clinics.
Patients receiving treatment at such clinics are subject to the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of the treating doctor/clinic.

By proceeding with treatment through a third-party clinic, patients acknowledge and accept that Dr Braces Clinic bears no liability for the outcome of treatments not directly performed in our facility.
